What is Coaching?

According to ICF (International Coaching Federation), “Coaching is all about partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

Tava-Mitram defines “Coaching is empowering people to their fullest potential and partnering with them to identify their strengths and bringing congruency in their Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions.”

At Tava-Mitram, our focus is to help spread the word about mental health and get rid of the stigma surrounding it. Besides our group coaching sessions, we also offer individual coaching sessions to people who can’t afford to pay more for standard coaching sessions.

Our aim is to help as many individuals as we can and your donations help us achieve just that. We are working 24x7 to make life coaching more accessible to the underprivileged section of our society. Prioritizing mental health is important and our organization focuses on spreading just that.

Since we are a 12A-registered organization, any donation made to our organization can be included in tax exemption under the 80G I-T Act (Indians only).

For Mitra-Coaches who are enrolled for ICF/EMCC or any other coaching body, you can claim your coaching practice certificate after the successful completion of your practice. For ICF ACC you need 100 hours of coaching practice with minimum 8 clients and above, for ICF PCC you need 500 hours of coaching practice with minimum of 25 clients and above, and for ICF MCC you need 2500 hours of coaching practice with minimum of 35 clients and above. For EMCC Foundational level 50 hours 5 clients, EMCC Practitioner level 100 hours 10 clients, Senior Practitioner 250 hours 20 clients. Join us today as a Mitra Coach. We'll revert with the next steps.
